Since the Almaverde Home Owners' Association inception in December 2023, it has established a new and long overdue vibrant communication network for owners helping with vendor selection, security, physical improvements, maintenance upkeep, and help with all facets of living in this beautiful community.

The HOA has also introduced a real feeling of community and acts as a neighbourhood watch. Members get together for wine and cheese evenings, which beside being a welcome social event, encourage the community feeling by getting to know your neighbour, and to discuss any issues, problems or to just exchange knowledge of how to do things, or where the best place is to go to find something etc.

Why join the AV HOA? Because we are providing a collective, greater voice in numbers to help accomplish missions such as playground improvements, calcada street repairs, and overall upkeep of the development, as well as establishing a network “on the ground".  We are also ready to ensure the the management company and the council are aware of a greater power than individual owners, with funds to hire attorneys, if needed for resolving future issues.
